for a full permaculture design
What’s the process?
A pre-visit questionnaire is sent to you by email, providing us with some necessary information about you, your property, and your vision for your property.
An on site visit will be scheduled at your property. Please note that travel from Monday to Saturday is free if you are based between Kingston, Snug, Sandfly, Fern Tree and Mount Nelson.
A tailored quote taking into consideration the size of your property, your requirements, if you are the home owner or renting, will be sent to you.
For site visits outside the above areas, a travel fee will be negotiated.
On site visits include;
meeting with residents
solo walk to conduct site analysis
walk with the residents
discuss concept ideas, possibilities and options and agree on the design direction.
A scale based map including a draft concept sketch with the different elements and the site analysis outlining sun exposure, wind exposure, existing vegetation, slope, prevailing winds (and others as necessary), will be designed. We provide this to the clients via email, then have an online meeting for feedback before moving to the concept design phase. Please note that only one draft concept sketch will be provided.
We then create a final and unique detailed concept design and a short report, sent via email, followed by a second online session for explanations to ensure you understand every part of your design. Please note that only one detailed concept design will be provided.

Considering the space you may have in your backyard, garden or even your balcony, there are many possibilities to incorporate efficient design for maximum benefits. So, if you require any assistance, advice or other designs such as Mandala garden, kitchen garden etc, email us your ideas and we will provide you a tailored quote.
Please note that we only provide permaculture landscape design services and are not able to offer landscape architecture design or ornamental garden design. We are happy to talk to you about your ideas and we are available to talk these through with you if you need clarification.
